Very friendly and fast responding from owner, smooth check in. Super close to Aventura mall and close enough to Hard Rock stadium. Gated community with pool and tennis courts. Clean unit. Would recommend to a family.

Clean and bright
We had a great time at this property. It was clean, quiet and had great amenities. The only comment I could make is that although the kitchen basics are there, if you need Tupperware or plastic plates for kids you will have to purchase yourself. Other than that we had a wonderful time.

Very impressed!
This was our first time using VRBO. We were very happy. The entire experience was seemless. The property manager was delightful and very easy to communicate with, and always responded very quickly. We loved the property. It was large, clean and well stocked. The building is very well located in the heart of Aventura. The pool has sun all day and there is even area to sit on the intervoastal and look at the boats. It is quite serene. There are lots restaurants locally and there is easy access to all the major arteries. We were sorry to leave and look forward to our next visit.
