Beautiful Lake House Close to Miami

This stylish place is perfect for group trips, vacays or a stay away from home. Beautifully, newly renovated home overlooking a lake, tiles throughout entire home. Decor by TJ Design based in NJ. Modern, chic and comfortable. Great location, 9 miles to Ft. Lauderdale airport , 15 minutes to beaches, Hard Rock Casino, Gulfstream casino,restaurants & outdoor entertainment, 30/40 minutes to south-beach & Bayside waterfront(depending on traffic) walking distance to Wawa, supermarkets and fast food.
The space
Every room was designed with a warm welcome for our guest. Giving its own unique feel and space. All four bedrooms have one queen size bed a smart tv, closet space with hangers and underneath the bed luggage and baggage storage space. One bathroom is located in the hallway area near three bedrooms and the master bedroom located towards the back of home has its own private bathroom along with a built in wall unit with closet space and draws with ample storage. Kitchen/ living room area have a cozy open floor plan great for entertainment. Brand new Coffee maker, air fryer along with stainless steel refrigerator, microwave and electric oven range. Lets save the best for last - the dining area will definitely catch your eye, sliding glass doors overlooking a beautiful lake make for great bonding/and open conversation for you and your guest. Car port with space for five cars parking. Large yard space on open lake.

Guest have access to all areas of home except shed in outdoor back yard.
Other things to note
Outdoor smoking only, no smoking indoors. No loud parties allowed. Our neighbors have small children and we want to be respectful and not wake them.

Almost Perfect :/

Just as the title states, this property was almost perfect. The owner (Evelyn) was absolutely great with communication and she was even willing to work with our group for a couple of special requests. The house is absolutely spotless, with all up to date appliances. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The ONLY reason I gave this property an overall rating of 3/5 stars and the accuracy of the online listing a 3/5 is because there were specific details that were relayed to our group, the day before we were scheduled to arrive. Some of the rules we totally understood and agreed with. One example is that this is a shoeless house. This was certainly NOT a problem with my group, as we completely understand and agree with cleanliness. After seeing the beautiful flooring throughout this house, you have to agree that this should be a shoeless home. The floors are absolutely stunning! The main rule that we had an issue with was that we were told that we could not flush anything down the toilets. We all completely understand and agree with women's sanitary products, paper towels, and flushable wipes not being flushed down the toilet. What bothered us was that toilet paper, of any kind, was also not allowed to be flushed. As stated before, I contacted the owner for clarification and to make sure I wasn't misreading anything and she responded in a very timely manner. We just felt like this should have been in the listing to let us decide. Everything else was great.

Girls trip

We were 3 moms and 3 daughters heading on a cruise and needed a place for 1 day. Evelyn was a life saver as our original VRBO was cancelled the day before we were to arrive. Evelyn was very nice and accommodating with any questions we had. This home is so cute, it is decorated beautifully and spotlessly clean. I think we lucked out on finding this.
