A visit with our son at university of miami

Hotel Arya Stay - Jan. 2024
Posted Jan. 14, 2024 on HomeAwayVery convenient location within walking distance of downtown and surrounding area. Parks, grocery, restaurants and shopping all nearby. Unit is 2 bedroom/2 bath. Desperately need new sofa in living area along with two chairs. For a party of four, we had to bring in two chairs from the balcony. Sofa is very uncomfortable. Bar seating also needs to be replaced. Beds were comfortable. Host was mostly responsive to texts - delayed in some instances. Overall good stay and with the furniture recommendations, unit would be great.

Great Coconut Grove Location
Posted Dec. 26, 2023 on HomeAwayI reserved the two bedroom apt in the Hotel Arya for a short trip to Miami with my son and his friend to visit the University of Miami. The visit could not have worked out any better. The apartment was very clean, bright, and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and extra linens were a big help. As others have said, the location is in the heart of Coconut Grove, just of Biscayne Bay so the best of both worlds, convenience and a sea view with the park steps away.

Messy stay

Water pouring in ceiling through AC vent, Black dust on all floors, Elevators not working so 10+ min wait time the squeeze in. Construction in apartment next door so the noise was very loud. We needed a quiet comfortable space and this was all wrong.

The water leak incident on the first day was indeed unfortunate and was primarily caused by the heavy rainfall during that period, as we discussed in our prior messages. We're pleased that our housekeeping team could promptly assist in cleaning up and providing towels. Regarding the issue of dirty floors, we had carried out a deep cleaning of the floor recently. Nonetheless, we have communicated your feedback to our housekeeping team to ensure this doesn't happen again.
We apologize for the locked interior doors; this was an oversight on our part, and we believe the housekeeping team accidentally closed them during their rounds.
Regarding the elevator delays and construction noise, we understand your frustration. It's important to note that these factors are beyond our control, and we always do our best to communicate such matters to our guests as soon as we receive information from the building management.
We genuinely value your feedback as it assists us in identifying areas for improvement. Your comfort and satisfaction remain our top priorities.
If you decide to give us another opportunity in the future, we will go the extra mile to ensure a much smoother and enjoyable experience for you both.

Hidden gem in Coconut Grove
Posted Jun. 20, 2023 on HomeAwayThis property was excellent and the pictures reflected the space accurately! It is located in an excellent area with many entertainment and dining options. The apartment is in great condition with spectacular views. The bathrooms are spacious.
Overall, I would gladly stay at this property again or at another property with this host, and would recommend it highly!

Perfect family condo

Great Location
Posted Feb. 1, 2023 on HomeAwayIn the heart of Coconut Grove, this location is hard to beat. The property is pleasantly decorated and the kitchen is well equipped! The large balcony offers nice views of Biscayne Bay. Many wonderful restaurants are within walking distance, so no need to drive!!

Arya Hotel
Posted Jan. 21, 2023 on HomeAwayGreat location. Coconut grove has a trove of restaurants. The host is very professional. Any hiccups were quickly addressed. We stayed 3 weeks. The two bedroom units have plenty of room and nice balcony space.
