The View ... Wow!
Posted Apr. 7, 2024 on HomeAwayWe all said, "Whoa" as soon as we walked into this 47th floor corner unit. The views ... night and day ... were absolutely amazing. We could see everything from the sunrise over the bay, to multiple draw bridges opening and closing, to busy nightlife, to sharks in the Miami river!

Great Stay!
Posted Mar. 1, 2024 on HomeAwayThe stay at Miami Downtown was fantastic! The location was super convenient with Whole Foods just 2 blocks away and Publix a short 6 blocks away. Being close to the mall was a plus.
Communication was seamless via text, and the thoughtful gift was a nice touch. The pool was amazing, and the hot tub was a relaxing treat. We stayed with family and food choices didn't disappointed. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Miami chic with hassles
Posted Feb. 23, 2024 on HomeAwayIt's a gorgeous view on the 47th floor. Very clean. Amazing spa included. Valet parking is a nightmare and 42 per day. Traffic to get out of the hotel is a nightmare. Checkin and checkout security details are a lot. Like....a whole thing. And top it off with a jackhammer in an adjacent condo going steady our whole stay from 9am til 5pm. It's a beautiful place for sure. These are million dollar condos. But there are some hassles you have to deal with to enjoy that beauty.

Regarding the construction, unfortunately, since these are private apartments, private units are allowed to have contractors from 9-5 pm. Nice stay in Miami
Posted Jan. 31, 2024 on HomeAwayThis corner unit is comfortable and well appointed with a great view. Large living spaces, bathrooms, and closets — plenty of space to spread out. Communication was excellent and we were met by the host manager at check in. Unfortunately there was an issue in the building and the pool, spa, and fitness center were unavailable until the day we left, so I cannot comment on those amenities.

Spectacular
Posted Jan. 26, 2024 on HomeAwayThe wow factor for sure! When you open the door to this condo, it screams MIAMI! The floor to ceiling windows/the balcony/the decor! At night it is truly magical. You are able to see waterways, ocean, parked yachts etc etc. 47 floors up is a whole new world. The layout of the condo was perfect. We cooked every morning and night and had all the utensils we needed. The elevators work quickly, the lobby smelled so good we bought the scent to take home with us. The location is close to many assorted restaurants and shopping. Whole Foods was two blocks away! We would highly recommend this place and the people that manage it. They were in constant contact, eager to make our stay memorable!

Great Place to stay in Miami

Great hosts
Posted Dec. 6, 2022 on HomeAwayI was very happy with this apartment. The property pictures were accurate. It was nicely furnished, very clean, and comfortable. This is the second time I have stayed in the ICON residences and I like the location and the building facilities. I will definitely stay with this host again.
