The Space:
BEDROOM/ BATHROOM/ KITCHEN

Nestled in Wynwood's artistic embrace, Unit Two at Wynwood Art Canvas is a vibrant masterpiece waiting to be discovered. This cozy haven boasts a single bedroom adorned with lively murals, a visual symphony that echoes the spirit of Miami's creative energy. The snug one-bedroom, one-bathroom setup features a full-sized bed, nightstand and enough storage space for a couple large size luggages to be stored under the bed, offering comfort in every brushstroke.

The unit is also fully stocked with all the cleaning supplies you need to ensure a tidy and pleasant stay while making yourself at home.

The bathroom features a a sleek shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and even Q-tips for your convenience. Towels, including makeup, hand, face, and shower towels, are readily available. A hairdryer and cleaning products are at your disposal for added convenience.

Unleash your culinary flair in the fully stocked kitchen and a cozy coffee nook with a sleek Keurig brewer and an array of complimentary coffee flavor. The coffee nook is also stocked sugar packets, stirrers, creamer for customization. You can also savor your culinary creations in the compact yet inviting dining area that can comfortably seat two. This area can also be used as a work desk.

The Art Canvas is conveniently located just a couple of blocks from Wynwood's main entertainment district, this unit invites you to immerse yourself in the heartbeat of Miami's artistic soul.


PARKING

All parking for this property is parallel street parking. There are 3 free spots directly in front of the properly along the gray-colored gate, but keep in mind that they are shared with guests who are staying in Unit 1 of the building. Any additional parking spots are also parallel street parking spots lined up along NW 6th Ave. Please pay attention to the parking signs on the street to understand the rules and avoid being ticketed. There are a couple free spots along NW 6th Ave., directly south of our property next to the white industrial building, but the majority of spots are paid spots and must be funded by downloading the "Pay by Phone" app. Please note there aren't any parking meters, and parking can only be paid for via the app.

HOT TUB

Indulge in our top-of-the-line Wellis compact hot tub, featuring massage seats for a luxurious experience. Stylishly situated in the front courtyard, it comfortably accommodates three, creating a serene escape. Surrounding murals embody the Wynwood neighborhood's essence, enhancing the atmosphere. Shared with guests from Unit 1, proper use ensures everyone enjoys this relaxing amenity. Welcome to a space where style meets relaxation, and the essence of Wynwood comes alive in every soak.

Guest Access:
Unit Two provides a private entrance within the duplex. Guests have exclusive access to all amenities inside, and shared access to the hot tub and the outdoor seating area in front of the building.

Getting Around:
Navigating Miami is a breeze with various transportation options at your fingertips. Dive into the vibrant cityscape by hailing a classic yellow cab or using ride-sharing apps for quick and convenient trips. Embrace the sunshine and explore by bike, utilizing the city's growing network of bike lanes. For a leisurely waterfront experience, hop on the Metromover, a free automated people mover system that glides above the streets, offering stunning views of the city. Miami's Metrorail provides a reliable and efficient way to connect neighborhoods, while buses crisscross the city, making stops at key attractions. Whether you prefer the independence of renting a car or the ease of public transport, Miami's diverse options ensure you'll navigate the city effortlessly, unlocking the treasures of this vibrant destination.

Other Things to Note:
To ensure the safety of our property and guests, we have installed three security cameras outside: one integrated into the front doorbell for unit 1, another overseeing the the entire front-entrance area of the property , and a third, which is integrated into the doorbell of unit 2. All of our cameras are 100% visible and are in public areas. All of the cameras are also motion-activated. We take security and privacy very seriously and always want to ensure our guests are safe, comfortable and happy.

Also, due to the compact nature of this unit, we kindly request that no more than 2 guests stay here, as it is only large enough to comfortably accommodate 2 adults or 2 adults and a small baby. If unit 1 is available during the same time period, we can provide a discount if you may have additional guests joining you on your trip, that way, everyone is staying within the same vicinity.

We also do not allow pets on the property due to the same reason and also because this is a very urban property with no grass or backyard area for the animals to relieve themselves.

Smoking isn’t allowed inside the unit, however there is an outdoor seating area in the front of the property where it is permitted as long as all waste is disposed of and the ashtrays are properly used.

We also enforce a zero-tolerance party policy in consideration of the neighbors, the condition of the home and Miami’s short-term rental laws. If we suspect a party or witness one, the reservation will immediately be cancelled, Airbnb will be notified, the police will be called and guests can be subject additional fines/fees.
