This fine Artdeco condo is located only 2 blocks from the beach and from Lincoln Rd. It has a pool, which are rarities in SoBe period buildings.


This location is ideal for beach access, shopping and restaurants (Lincoln Road, Española Way, Ocean Drive) and the clubs; yet it is strategically at a distance from the noise of the strip. You absolutely do not need a car if you decide to stay in South beach, everything is within easy walking distance or a short cab ride. We are situated only 2 blocks to the beach, Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive, Española Way and 3 blocks to the Convention Center - everything is within easy walking distance. Like most period buildings in Miami Beach, we do not have dedicated parking; however, there are two public parking structures situated only 2 blocks away (1 /h or $16 max /24h). 
Miami is a Uber city and taxis are abundant. There is a South Beach municipal bus that only costs $0.25 per trip and car rental is available only 2 blocks away. The 'Airport Flyer' Bus 150, will take you directly from the airport (every 20 min) to 16th and Washington (1.5 blocks to the apartment). There is a 'CitiBike' station right in front of our building.
Offering contemporary design with elegant, luxury finishes, the Deauville is refined in every detail: Brazilian cherrywood floors, Travertine marble bathroom, king-size bed with memory foam mattress and fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher). There is a laundry room with coin-activated washer/dryer, on your floor.
*The property is rented on a self-catered basis. As such, we provide some basic amenities such as toilet paper, soap etc. in order to facilitate your arrival but it's our guest's responsibility to replenish as needed.

Great stay!

Everything was fine in the appartement. All that we need! The location is definetly A1, near from all interests, restaurants and also the beach!

Highly disappointed don’t book unless you want a problem

First off let me say I didn’t even stay in the place because the communication and the host was just horrible we did the two payment process paid the first half December 13th 374$ and the second half was due January 10th the day before we arrived to location which was perfect for us everything was going great it gets to the day of the 9th and I see a transaction of the remaining amount trying to be taking out which is 300$ ( i have my card lock when I have a huge amount of money in it ) and I’m confused like why is it trying to take out a day earlier so I didn’t think nothing of it so the day it was due the 10th my friend paid the remaining amount and then minutes later we get email saying that the reservation is cancel and I’m completely lost as too why so I message customer support and the host stating why was it cancel? Everything was paid on time the customer support says that it was cancel because of the payment trying to be taking out on the ninth and the host says that somebody else booked the times we had reserved then the host tried to accommodate another stay for us and I was cool with that because it was already late in the game to try to find another place to stay then host takes forever to respond at that point I was completely frustrated and they ended up cancel the entire open case and just left it at that nothing to say never even made it to the place found another one

How listed is not what you get

The pictures that are use are very deceiving. We only ended up staying one night because we were not comfortable. Its outdated and the appliances are all old, rusty and the dishwasher must leak because there is a huge spot on floor. Therr are stains everywhere including mattress and pillows. Went to sit down and hair and stains were on chairs

Great location in SOBE, somethings left to be desired.

The positives of staying in this unit. Location- truly in the center of southbeach we walked everywhere, being next to Española way and a great sandwich shop cubaton, great reasonable breakfast at eggstaraunt. Negatives- The a/c in the unit does not keep up, it smells musty in the unit and stays humid. There are basically towels and a couple dishes provided, a bar of soap and some TP. It is a good thing my wife brings body wash and shampoo. The place was not very clean, couldnt walk barefoot in the place without stuff consistently sticking to your feet, stains on the walls. luckily only one cockroach which comes with being in this weather. Overall I chose this place based on price and location and probably got what I paid for. Next time I'd probably chose to spend more and find a nicer place to stay because this fell a bit below what I was expecting based on pictures and other reviews.

the location was ideal. in the middle of everything and close to the SOBE Food & Wine Festival. The apt was easy to check-in and spacious. It needs a little TLC but was clean and the bed comfortable. I’d stay again.

Good location & chill atmosphere

Everything was great, except for some confusion with parking: you have to pay for on street parking or at a garage elsewhere. Also the air conditioner leaked water, but not a big deal. Staff was super helpful and kind! Would definitely stay again. The only annoying thing was Vrbo’s iPhone app: suuuuper slow in everything. Easier to use the website.

El lugar ya es un poco viejo pero si lo remodelaran por dentro quedaría espectacular. Las cortinas de la sala se caen a pedazos. El sillón es sumamente incómodo y el aire acondicionado de la recámara NO funciona! El refri también lo podrían cambiar porque la comida en el refri se congela y si le bajas la temperatura entonces no enfría. Las toallas son viejas también
