Clerk tried to charge me an additional $50 for a supposed cleaning fee upon check-in. Most of the hotels in this town are all owned by owners who are related to one another, so they all do same thing upon check-in. They also try to charge me extra for my legally licensed and registered service dog. They refuse to accept or even look at all of his legal paperwork, despite being offered. This happens a lot in this town. However, I refused to pay or put a large non refundable deposit down and usually they will refuse letting me stay but still take my money. For the first time I told them I was going to call Expedia and let them know the scams these guys are ruining in this town and they backed down. If ya'll could be aware and help stop this scamming by several of the hotels in this area I would appreciate it.

Been ripped off by several of the other hotels surrounding this property, but this one agreed to the price and what it offered on the Expedia website. No bogus charges, no tripling the cost, no claiming reservation was lost and charged triple the cost, no claiming have to take a dirty room with blood everywhere, no illegally changing for service, do, noillegally charging extra for linens like need a towel in the room but not one at check in, so charged extra cost. No claiming breakfast buffet but only 1/2 a donut & 1 cup of coffee per room max despite double occupancy. This place was just what it said and the stafff where courteous.
