I wish this property did some renovations for the amount of money we pay. 1.The holiday where we come in from the pool smells like garbage 2. We had a stained sheet in our room which I think it’s ridiculous. The side bed was full of hair. it’s sad because the location is perfect, and it wasn’t like this 7 years ago when I first stayed here.

Everything was fine until he had to kill 2 water bugs but over all great place great service also the workers were so great that's whats makes it 10x better

Dharma is an absolute pain to deal with as far as customer service. We’ve stayed at this property other times through other apartment providers without incident. I was hounded with emails to extend my stay which we finially decided to extend check out. Then they decided maintenance needed to be preformed so we checked out early and left the keys in the room as instructed on their paperwork. After this I received 4 calls within 90 minutes telling me I needed to checkout telling them all we already had and the keys were on the table as instructed to do. I was told I did not even through we clearly did.
