This property was very clean, included breakfast, very friendly, helpful staff. The only downside to this property is it is next to absolutely nothing. We had to uber to everything fro. This property since we flew into miami.

The property was very nice. Our problem was getting a shuttle from the airport. I called the hotel but couldn't get a person to answer. When I finally got a person after 15 minutes I was assured the van was on the way, but it took 3 more calls and waiting over an hour outside in the heat for it to show up. Shuttle was on time to get us to the airport.

Clean，convenient, comfortable, spacious and reasonably price. I did not give 5 stars because nobody answered my calls for significant delayed arrival and the message box was full. No sheet or blanket ready for sofa bed in my 2 queen plus sofa bed room. They quickly gave me all when I requested.

Nice stay at this hotel

Staff was wonderful. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. The only downside was that the menu was very limited. Also, while taking a shower the handheld shower separated from the wall and flew off the wall. We called the front desk and the maintenance man was at our door in 5 minutes. He understood what happened and I told him that we were checking out in the morning, so he could fix it after we left since there was also a large fixed shower head. Pool needs a cleaning, so we didn’t swim

Nice property online and when you walk in staff is so greeting….when I got in the room did my check on bed and showered, I had to be up for my cruise early next morning….woke up to find a bed bug on the dresser….did not get my refund when I informed the clerk at check out….but I will NOT stay there again!!!!
