Like : highly convenient location Dislike: Unruly, LOUD and uncontrolled breakfast crowds with too few tables to accomodate the numbers

This is a great property, in that it is in close proximity to Bal Harbour. The toiletries (soap, shampoo etc.) are abysmal, I would almost recommend brining your own. Also, the bed squeaks, which is incredibly annoying. I have stayed in a couple of different rooms and I have noticed this in both.

I normally never leave any reviews for any establishment, nor positive or negative because I understand that every has their separate opinion of service and standards but this hotel is horrible never stay here ever again the receptionist thought she was the leader of the free world and was the most horrible person to deal with I requested to speak with the manager manager, and I was given the name of daniel urdaneta’s email adnd never returned my complaint email and the reception never gave me the managers number NEVE REVER EVER STAY HERE

Pool didn’t have heat, jacuzzi was broken for entire stay. No bar at hotel. Feels like a mediocrity motel at best.
