We loved the hot tub! Space is on the smaller side but perfect for a short stay. Only complaint is dryer does not work so don’t try and clean your clothes, but otherwise - apt was cool, clean, and had everything we needed!

Bed is old and disgusting. Toilet not bolted to the floor., Rocks when you sit on it.Floors were dirty.There was no short term rental permit visible.This is one of the worst VRBOs stays that my wife and I stayed at.Hate to be so critical. Simply stating the facts.

Stay was enjoyable, but more discerning guests may have some qualms. Interior was kind of "make-shift" but adequate and clean. On the plus side, the mattress and bedding were extremely comfortable. Decor could use a little help both inside and out. However, it was very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub, although there were no instructions for use, and the patio area surrounding it could use some sprucing up. Nothing major, but a little more lighting would have been appreciated, and the hot tub water level was a bit low so the two highest jets were above the water line. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, but we didn't feel unsafe at any time. Finally, while we appreciate a host who isn't overbearing, we had to request check-in instructions the evening of check-in, and the host didn't provide the wifi password and it wasn't to be found anywhere in the apartment. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and felt it was reasonable for the price, but to earn 5 stars the host would benefit by focusing on the little details.
