Trash and wipe down of bathrooms didn't happen often. Vacuuming was needed and the trash I saw on arrival was there when I left. I felt unsafe because the doors and gates were always unlocked throughout the night and there was a homeless person that slept right next to me. After requesting an all female room online upon arrival they put me in a room with all men. No air freshner and no close outlets for my phone. From the outside its just a regular house with no sign indicating the name.

This place was absolutely disgusting. The host was not nice or even friendly. Not worth the money! The only positive thing is the location is a half a block from Little Havana.

Ficamos tristes ao saber que sua experiência não foi boa, fazemos de tudo para dar um bom atendimento, mas infelizmente algumas vezes algumas situações fogem ao controle. Porém, garanto estarmos fazendo de tudo para melhorar.

The staff barely spoke English. They didn’t provide an actual blanket to sleep. The room was dirty as well as the common areas. There was no safe space to keep valuables. Overall I didn’t have a good experience at all whatsoever
