The check in process was very smooth. I was treated with such kindness by Tessa. The hotel is particularly clean. I enjoyed the balcony view of the city. This hotel is ideal for the practical.

Get a microwave for your rooms. Also have better TV services for rooms. Lastly parking was abysmal. Waste of my money & time, wouldn't ever recommend this location.

No place to hang a towel in the bathroom. Concrete floors are cold and hard. Are there any room to move around in the unit. No storage in the bathroom for toiletries. Closet was huge, the storage is practically nonexistent. Room darkening shades didn't do their job. No USB ports. We're still at our stayed up in my life. Yes we smoking pot outside our room. The receptionist was friendly and cheerful.

This hotel is clean and the beds were very comfortable. We encountered a fridge that wasn't working in the room and Cassandra, at the front reception had it swapped out quickly. Free parking is a bonus at this location as most hotels charge for oarking. I would highly recommend this hotel from the others in the area. It is about 10 mins drive to downtown Miami
