Bugs and leak, and management response

First night, first 2.5 inch cockroach. I understand that roaches are a thing to deal with in Miami, so messaged with management in the morning, they apologized, told me they will take care of it. Later that day, next sighting. So I went to get my own spray. Personally exterminated at least 3 more of these guys, all about the same size, 2-2.5 inches. Lots of dead bugs of all sorts already on the walls and ceilings in that place in general, moths, etc. On the second to last night, heavy rain, so water started dripping from the ceiling (ground floor, in a 3-story building), I put a bucket, and contacted management again. (Btw, there is literally zero cell phone reception in that building, one has to physically leave to contact someone.) They offered to move me to another room, I declined, too much hassle for one more night, at least here I already know where the roach spots are to control them. Housekeeper gave me a bottle of red wine (under ten bucks online), which is nice. Ended up staying the last night somewhere else, by lucky coincidence. I advised management that I will be leaving the property early, and since we had all these issues, asked to not be charged for the last night. I was told that there is a cancellation policy. Last thing I heard from them. Oh, and the next day, I got a text message from another guest, who wanted to know how the check-in process works. How on earth they got connected to my number, instead of the rental management is beyond me, probably a privacy data concern. No response from management about it. Summary: 1 week, a bunch of roaches, and other bugs, a leak in the ceiling. Full price charged. Too bad I cannot add photos to this review.
