Disliked: Cleanliness
- The living room television was not fully functional — the top half of the screen did not work, making it unusable.- The pool was not saltwater as advertised and was not filled to an appropriate level causing the equipment to run very loudly.- The home was not clean upon arrival, with visible dirt/grime throughout. - The pool area had an unpleasant fishy odor and the yard was unkempt and dirty.- Several towels appeared unclean.- The refrigerator did not get cold enough to safely store food, preventing us from keeping groceries and preparing meals as planned.- There was a broken lamp and a large broken lampshade in the master bedroom.These were not minor inconveniences. The lack of cleanliness, broken amenities, and inability to properly use the refrigerator and pool significantly impacted our comfort and overall experience. Our other friends left two days early.
