Stunning! From the moment we arrived at the resort we were speechless. This is a 5 star resort at a VRBO price. You will not regret your selection of this property. It does come with a great deal of amenities as well, such as valet parking, room, pool and beach service, so gratuity is preferred, but not mandatory. complimentary gelato and water at the lobby, water and fruit by the pool with sunscreen and aloe. A bit of a foodie so we wanted to try other restaurants, but the hotel had a great options, but a bit on the high side in price compared to other surrounding options. Cons: Suite neighbors felt it was ok to leave there door ajar which noise and smell from cooking was noticed. Residential concierge was notified and rectified the problem. Secondly, total privacy is difficult as in room doors do not lock, only slide shut. Beds and pillows super comfortable and bathrooms and showers where perfect and balcony view was spectacular. Would stay here again!

As Good as Expected, plus....

We have been at the St. Regis as hotel guests many times but this was the first time via VRBO. Property: does not get any more posh than a St Regis, this is luxury at its best. Staff at property also very good.Unit: exactly as described/seen on listing, the unit faces South/SE has the master bedroom and bathroom with balcony, and the room next to the dining room is a second bed with two twins and its own bathroom. Unit was clean and everything functioned as expected.Host: very good communication pre and post booking, met us on time at property and, here is the intangible: we forgot a piece of luggage at the unit and were notofied immediately, then the host/staff quickly made arrangements for delivery. THANK YOU. All in all, a very good experience and we will be returning customers.

Great stay!

The condo was beautiful and clean. The best part were the two large patios overlooking the ocean. The condo was very well stocked and the location can’t be beat. There are lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance! I highly recommend!!

I have spent a lot of visits mid beach. This was the most relaxed trip to Miami I can remember. Quiet. Staff at the property was helpful with literally everything. condo was perfect. And the view was amazing.

Beautiful property. Matched the pics. Was told we could check in early because the guest that rented before us was leaving a day early. When arrived at airport to text unit manager
.Nothing. It wasn’t until I got to the hotel and spoke with the residence concierge, and she phoned the unit manager was unable to get the information I needed. Which was the previous tenants did not leave early and stayed the duration. No problem. Would have been nice to be informed of that as our expectation was to check in earlier than 4pm. We did check in earlier but not at the 11-1130 which was discussed. Met the owner and she was wonderful.

Amazing unit and location

We had a great time at the St. Regis Ocean Front Unit. We spent every morning on the covered balcony and the unit was just as pictured. The on site manager was great at communication and very helpful. The resort was beautiful and we enjoyed lunch by the pool every day. The included valet service was also great. We shopped at the shopping center across the street during a thunderstorm and explored Miami. I would definitely recommend this unit for a couple or family.

Beautiful property

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! My husband, adult daughter, infant granddaughter, and I stayed in this residence. Communication with the property manager was fantastic and check-in and check-out was easy. They also assisted us with delivery and pickup of the baby equipment we rented (which the hotel will not provide - we used Baby Borrow). The unit was spotless! We appreciated the provided toiletries (just enough for a weekend). The den was large enough to accommodate a pack-n-play alongside the 2 beds. There are direct views of the ocean from both balconies. Both A/C units worked great! We only utilized the refrigerator but noticed plenty of cookware and utensils. This was our 6th visit to the St. Regis Bal Harbour, and we would absolutely stay in this unit again! Regarding the hotel property, the family pool was a blast and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We were disappointed that the hotel does not rent day villas to residence guests; only hotel guests are allowed to reserve them. We dined at Atlantikos several times, and BH Burger. The breakfast at Atlantikos was good, but dinner is a pretty limited and somewhat pricey selection. Everything at BH Burger was delicious. This property is within walking distance of numerous restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this unit for couples and families!

Wonderful Property

Friends joined me to celebrate my birthday. The location and amentias are outstanding. This is one of my favorite St. Regis properties. You cannot beat the location and service. I look forward to visiting again soon!

Paradise!

We do not hace other words to describe our stay here. It is not our first time in St Regis but every time we go, we love it more. And this appartment has made this possible. The view, the huge spaces, the property manager who has been more than nice to us, such as the owner. I stayed with my husband and my twin 4 year old kids. The beach, the pool, the service at St Regis and the closeness to BH just crossing the street is MARVELOUS. We will definitely come back to this apartment Thank you !!!!
