This beautiful and comfortable apartment is located in the heart of Sunny Isles Beach. One parking space is included in your reservation for FREE. Additional parking spots can be obtained for a small charge through valet services at the front of the building. Beach access, restaurants, and shopping centers are located within a 5-minute walk. We do provide high-speed WiFi and Digital Programming TV. This Apartment Complex offers plenty of outdoor and indoor activities, including the tennis court and the conference room which can be booked through the front desk.

Guest Access:

All guests staying in the apartment will be required to provide a valid copy of their ID at check-in. Maximum apartment occupancy is 4 guests.



Guests will have access to the entire apartment, affordable valet services plus building amenities: one of the newest gyms in town, heated pool, convenience store, coffee shop, meeting room.



Other Things to Note:

-From listed under beach essentials I do provide beach chairs and umbrellas, but not towels, blankets etc.

-From listed under cooking essentials we do provide cooking basic, but not oil, pepper, salt (you can purchase all extra depend of your preferences at the convenient store downstairs )



One FREE assigned parking space (must register your car at check-in and display your parking permit at all times on the dashboard.

*Paid Valet parking is also available.



We understand that your plans might change, requiring a late check-out or even an extension of your stay. Please be advised that the late check-out is subject to availability, and provided with a fee of $60 for 12 PM or $100 for 2 PM checkout. *Please let us know in chat as soon as possible.



- NOTE:The contractors will carry out operations on the balcony lines, extending from the PH to the first floor. Please note that the balconies will be locked and inaccessible to residents.

Please note that the nature of the restoration process can result in noticeable construction noise as of Monday, January 29, 2024, drilling and hammering. We anticipate each phase of the completion of the project within a period of 6 months, depending on the weather conditions ”.





The laundry is located on the same floor across the unit and is shared with the neighbors. It has a small fee per load. The guest is responsible for purchasing a laundry card at the front desk.



Packages (Amazon, eBay, etc) can be delivered to the front desk with the following fees charged by the building: $5 for small packages and $10 for large ones.



- The swimming pool is open daily from 8 am until 8 pm.

- The pool deck is open from dawn to dusk.

- BBQ is open from 8 am until 10 pm. The maximum use of barbecue is 2 hours.

- Luggage drop-off is available before check-in at $10 per suitcase.

- Trash chute located at the end of the hallway.



For your convenience, we do provide the following at the time of your check-in:

- Bedding and towels

- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, toilet paper, wash clothes, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent.



* If something breaks down or doesn't work during your stay, maintenance comes to the unit and fixes it within 24 hours.
