The place was great, location amazing. Host was very responsive. The only complaint was the smell in that area of the building. The hallway smelled musty and the condo itself smelled musty and moldy. There was a fan that we turned on during our stay and it helped withAside from that and if remediated, we would stay there again.

This property was convenient for our family. However there were some negatives. There was an awful awful smell on the hallway where the apartment was located that was there our entire stay. It also permitted into our apartment. There were no linens for the sofa bed in the room. The bathrooms and closets in bathrooms were very outdated and broken. The master bed and loft was beautiful. The balcony was nice but the view was slightly obstructed and the building was showing run down in need of repair and coat of paint. The beach access was nice as was the pool. The beach was ok, and super busy. The pool was a great alternative to the beach. Overall it was a great experience and great for the price!!

Right on the beach with a nice terrace and 2 story floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean. Swimming pool was closed but nice condo.

Beautiful location.

The place is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the beach in Miami for sure. The building is rundown and need some serious maintenance, pool not open, tennis court not open, you do you checking with the security and believe me there is no smiles waiting for you there. But the apartment was nice and the beach great. Valet parking people totally outstanding in every way, best valet experience ever for me.

Everything was perfect.

Everything was as described. The view is fantastic, and that property is exactly as shown in the pictures. All was well explained before the arrival. It is so easy to go to the beach, and you will enjoy it 100%. Valet parking is included in the final price. Sometimes, it takes a while, but it works perfectly. The elevator is also crowded at peak times, but you can use the stairs instead (2nd floor from the main lobby). We will definitely return.

Friends weekend trip

Some friends and I went to Miami for a short weekend trip and had the best experience at this stay!! It was a beautiful place, clean, perfect location and our host was great and very responsive! I would definitely recommend!
