Tres bel endroit.

Condo parfait pour les familles. PrÚs de tout les services et la plage à pied. Le condo manque un peu d'équipement de base comme des napperons, seulement 3 débarbouillettes ... mais au delà de ça cest parfait.

Our host not only met us at the door, but guided us to the parking spot, helped us unload the car and helped us ferry the luggage into the condo. He could not have been more friendly and helpful. Unique in my experience with bnb's.

What was good was location and service. Building amenities were very nice but actual appartement was not cleaned properly and needed a major upkeep. Would stay in building again but in a better appartement.

La ubicaciĂłn es extraordinaria, la vista de la terraza increĂ­ble, muy amplio el departamento. Necesita ser renovado en su totalidad, los sillones estĂĄn viejos y sucios, la limpieza de la casa es deplorable, todo lleno de polvo y muy desgastado, la administradora Andrea muy amable y muy atenta, cuando se pidiĂł que limpien la casa, consiguiĂł que vengan chicas de limpieza (estas Ășltimas no limpiaron absolutamente nada inclusive en mi presencia). El baño estĂĄ muy feo, la regadera muy pequeña, las tinas se cierran con cortina vieja y sucia. Necesita una completa renovaciĂłn. La alberca bien en general, nada especial, pero estĂĄ tranquila y adecuada

First class property in a high class area.

We stayed eight nights over spring break. The condo owner is great. He communicates readily. The condo is on the 10th floor with a balcony view that is awesome. Exceptional area. Expensive community. Very safe and clean area. You can walk to just about anything...beach is a couple of blocks. The condo is excellent with everything we needed. Nice view of the ocean at the condo entrance. Great pool! Quiet is the word for the whole complex. We highly recommend this property.

Nice condo near the beach

The condo is good sized and has a nice view off of the balcony. The pool area is nice and not crowded. You are staying in a residential condo though so you do have to mind their myriad list of rules. There are a few places to walk to like Publix, couple of playgrounds, and a nearby strip of pretty good local Greek/Russian ethnic food. You can walk to a beach as well. The location is pretty easy access to drive to nearby beaches in case it’s crowded. Overall it’s a good area to be in and a nice place to stay.

Great condo and great location. My only complaint was lack of common items We had to purchase trash bags and coffee filters. I've never had to purchase those items before. Maybe update the pots and pans too Overall it was a very positive stay. Thank you

Great stay in ideal condo

My husband and I stayed in this condo for the month of January and enjoyed everything about it - well-appointed lobby with enough elevators; bright, attractive apartment with comfortable beds, plenty of seating, and lighting; spacious balcony with table, chairs, and lounge chairs, and a close-up a view of the inter-coastal waterway (saw dolphins!); ideal location with easy walking distance to supermarket, shops, restaurants, parks, and the beach; and the very nice pool area. We also delighted in being across the street from one of Sunny Isles' many recreation areas, which meant that we could step out our front door to watch school kids at play and adult soccer leagues. Unlike one other guest who posted awhile ago, we didn't find the games noisy at all, and they added to the area's many pleasures. We also appreciated the attentiveness of AYP Rentals. The manager, Alfonso, is terrific.

I picked this property because their headline is that it is quiet. In fact it is across the street from a sports complex and you hear kids screaming constantly from late morning until almost bedtime, inside the apartment with the windows closed. Otherwise the property was fine but truth in advertising is important.
