Room had sand all over the floor and we didn’t go to the beach during our stay so it was there from the previous visitors. But when cleaning staff is walking around with ear buds in their ears and having phone conversations it’s not surprising that rooms are not cleaned thoroughly. Front desk staff wasn’t very attentive upon our arrival however people working the front desk on other days were great. Fix your pricing. Stop with your the additional/hidden fees just bake it into a price per night so there are no surprises. And $37 mandatory valet as there’s no self parking option is just ridiculous.

Service was excellent. Gave us a free drink. Breakfast was good swimming pool and area was well maintained and very clean. I would say well staffed always had clean towels and clean lounge chairs amazing smile in the hotel shampoo conditioner body wash had an amazing smell. The rooms were well taken care of. Very good experience would come again.

Everything was good overall. The stuff was great. Many many thanks to the valets who were really nice and always had our car ready whenever we needed it during the day! The only downside was that the place was a bit under construction, and even though I left a note asking for more body wash, no one came to refill it.
