It is disappointing that this is listed as a “Trademark Collection “ by Wyndham property. I expect more from the Wyndham brand. There is no way that this is a 3 star hotel. I have stayed at nicer 2 star hotels. If it hadn’t been so late when we finally got to the hotel I probably would have looked for another hotel. The pictures of the room online are deceiving. The room was small, dimly lit and had a musty smell. You could hear the people in the room next door. The bathroom was very small. While it was clean the lack of attention to detail like holes in the tile or the shower flange not being secured to the wall was disappointing. We were woken up in the early, early morning by some guy pounding on a door down the hall. The police were called and when got to the lobby later that morning there were 2 police cars in the front. As far as the advertised complimentary round trip airport transportation, I messaged the hotel about how to arrange a ride from the airport. They never replied. I called them when I arrived at the airport and they told me where to meet the shuttle. I went there and they were gone. So we waited for the next one. After some time we called the hotel and when no one answered we left a message. We called again later and found the shuttle doesn’t run after 10pm. That would have been good to put on your website. We ended up getting a Lyft. We were able to catch the shuttle the next morning and it went very smoothly.

Pros- Convenient to airport, had continental breakfast. Your staff was so kind and helpful- that’s a huge plus!!!! Cons- Room bathroom had a smell that was not abated with Lysol or cleaning products. Hall carpet could use a heavy cleaning. Overall, a good place for a quick stay

We booked this hotel because there was shuttle service from the airport but their shuttle bus uses a different hotel name on it and they won't pick you up unless you call and arange the ride. The hotel and rooms smelled like mold. The carpets didn't look like they had been vacuumed in a long time. I'm surprised that Wyndham put their name on this hotel.

Breakfast was terrible no variety. There is no elevator! We had to take 4 large suit cases up 2 Flights of stairs! There were not enough towels to accommodate 4 guest. Staff is extremely polite! The rooms are extremely small. Very small! It’s tight in there. For the pride it is not worth it. I felt like I was in a mini roach motel off the highway. Lobby area is beautiful and patio. However when you walk down to rooms the floors are uneven and floors and walls are dirty. It looks like a HUB for people to take sex traffic victims. It was a terrible experience! I hate I spent a dollar in this place.
