The check-in process was smooth, and the customer service team was professional and courteous. However, I was disappointed to find that the room was significantly smaller than what was depicted online. Additionally, the furniture appeared outdated, and overall, I felt that the room did not offer good value for the price paid.

This was supposed to be a quick getaway, so upon my arrival The front desk staff was not warm, nor inviting they were very cold, but they did accommodate. I wasn’t happy with my rooms. I wanted connecting rooms I wasn’t able to get that as well as the rooms being a small.
