Located in a desirable and centrally located Miami neighborhood with 2,400 sf living area and sitting on over a 1/4 acres lot size + nestled amid lush landscaping and trees for maximum privacy. Total of eight beds (three queen, three full beds, one twin, one sofa bed). Also, a large couch. The four full baths have been remodeled. Smart connected home also has security cameras throughout the exterior of the property.

Amazing Anniversary Stay

Lovely home, fit 2 families very well. Pool was lovely and warm but did have iguana poop surrounding it every morning. That’s nature for you though. Pleasantly surprised to have an electric kettle as we’re all big tea drinkers. Location worked for where we needed to be. Great communication with the owners. Thank you!

Beautiful home, great hosts

We really enjoyed our stay and this home. It was well appointed and the host were communicative and incredibly accommodating. Our flight was canceled and they welcomed us back which made our extended stay with a baby so much easier. Couldn’t be more grateful. Pro tip- if you plan to stay with a child who needs a crib, be clear in booking so they can set it up in advance.

Wonderful spring break getaway!

The home is beautiful and was exactly where we needed it to be location wise with a trip to the Everglades and a baseball game at the Marlins stadium. If I could give the communication with the host 10 stars, I would! Very responsive immediately to just a few questions I had upon check-in. The backyard and the pool is incredibly secluded surrounded by palm trees. Overall highly recommend!

Lovely and Perfect Home

My family and I stayed here while laying our mom to rest with the Eternal Reef. The front of the house is adorable and the inside matches it! The house was very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The outside pool area was wonderful and such a nice thing to have to unwind at the end of the day. Gersch was quite the host and such a help. He responded immediately to any question I had and we appreciate him and his patience. Our stay hereat this home made the reason we came here very comfortable and easy.

Quality time with family

We have chosen this little paradise because it was close to our family, who we were visiting... It was a wonderful stay with a very easy and quick check-in, and the discovery of a beautiful garden with a very nice pool! This meant that we were able to enjoy our grandson's first swimming experience - and with the provision of a grill, we were able to spend wonderful evenings with the family. If we had any questions, we received an answer within a very short time and we didn't lack anything. Many thanks to Grace and Gersch for letting us spend these 2 weeks in their house! We really enjoyed it and would gladly use this house again at any time! A small point of criticism was the cushions on the outdoor furniture... But since there were enough of them, we put this out of sight ;) Thx for had having us Martina &Peter
