This property has had a broken elevator for more than a year and you have to use the service staircase (dirty) to access the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor, this is not reported when making the reservation, the room floors are so but so dirty!!!!! They seem to have been cleaned with oil, we asked for a discount due to the inconvenience of the elevator and they did not give it, I read opinions from more than a year ago talking about exactly the same problem and the management has only apologized and made excuses for the problem. I do not recommend this filthy hotel to anyone, it is a shame that it is in such a beautiful place.

I booked a 2 bed and was given a 1bed with super uncomfortable pull out couch.very dissatisfied with hotel.zero communication with me and hotel wa sild out

Safety not so much

My vehicle was broken into and someone stole my catalytic converter along with a handful of other guests. The police officer said its a common occurrence here. When i brought it up to the hotel manager she said "not our problem". Definitely not a safe place to stay or park.
