The credit card on file has the wrong expiration date. It was returned as decline and the desk clerk was unable to correct the issue. We had to cancel the reservation and add it again.

the air-conditioned did not work was loud had to turn it off to sleep. ice machine had dirt in it . breakfast wasn't much old food and not much of it...use to be good...

The nice young woman running the front desk was also folding the pool towels, passing out garbage bags (for rooms that didn't gave ANY GARBAGE CANS, and was making breakfast the next morning. The cleaning staff leave a lot to be desired. I have pictures of crumbs on the furniture, hair in the tub, dirty fridge and microwave, dirty floors in bathrooms and hallways. For $224 I expect a clean room and hotel!
