Two spacious living rooms make it special, as the outside terrace is glazed, with windows that cut between them, allowing you to use the outside terrace in summer if you wish or close it in winter to accommodate the second sofa bed and insulate it from the cold, all with magnificent views of the garden area of the urbanization.


It can accommodate up to 5 adults. Both bedrooms have a double bed and there is a 2m sofa bed in the living room. Full bathroom: two washbasins, bathtub and window to the outside. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, cooking utensils, etc. There is a parking space inside and outside the property.


A few metres away there are restaurants, McDonald's, banks, supermarkets, etc.
