Fully fitted kitchen, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, all mod cons, separate utility room, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, etc. Basement with 3m screen cinema seating 8, games rm, pool table, excellent gym running, rowing, cycle machines, weights, 50' plasma screen & Wii. Squash Court. Wet room with jacuzzi, steam shower & sauna. Ground floor accessed by stairs or lift. Patio doors lead onto terrace seating 8 for al fresco dining, soft seating area for 6. Large south facing covered terrace off the lounge overlooking gardens. Séjour trÚs agréable

La propriĂ©tĂ© correspond au descriptif. Grande villa avec magnifique piscine. Nombreuses activitĂ©s notamment sportives (certains Ă©quipements sont Ă  mettre Ă  niveau).Sauna et jacuzzi apprĂ©ciables. Plage et restaurants proches mĂȘme Ă  pied. Seul bĂ©mol : le faible debit internet d'autant plus que le systĂšme TV et la salle cinĂ©ma sont complĂštement liĂ©s Ă  cette connexion. Cela ne nous a pas empĂȘchĂ© de profiter de cette location. Nous la recommandons sans hĂ©sitation.

A party of 4 couples enjoyed a fantastic week at the villa ,plenty of space inside and out ,4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.Enjoyed bar b ques ,eating together on the covered terrace .Kitchen big enough to prepare meals without getting in each others way ,plenty of fridge and freezer space .Relaxing by the pool in a quiet peaceful environment.Easy walk into the resort so no need to hire a car .Supermarket at the bottom of the road supplies all you need .It was good to know that Rafa was on hand should we need anything.Already thinking of a return holiday .

What an amazing Villa, hard for pictures to do it justice. Great communication with the owner and Rafa the maintenance guy met us at the villa and went above and beyond throughout our stay to make sure we made the most of the amenities. A great combination of fun and relaxation was has by the whole family. Great location for a short walk to shops, bars and restaurants. We had a fun night and experienced tapenyaki dining so make sure you book a table as it's very popular. Would very easily come back in a heartbeat.

Lovely holiday and a very well appointed villa. Absolutely everything you could think of was provided in the kitchen which made it much easier to cook. Only negative was we found it a little bit out of the way and had to use Ubers most of the time as one of our parties was disabled.

On first impressions the villa and its location is very good, only a few hundred metres from local restaurants and small local supermarket.We were met at the villa by the manager( Rafa) who was very good and took us around the property and showed how everything worked which was very good. There were a few issues that were mentioned on arrival and they were that the steam cabinet didn't work as it was old and keep tripping the electrics and so was turned off And also the hot tub had a leak and needed topping up this developed into a major leak which we reported, leading to the hot tub being unusable. from the outset there was a smell of sewerage throughout the property that we didn't report at the time as we hoped it would improve we also bought some diffusers to improve the smell. Half way through our stay one of the buttons by the pool side that operates the jacuzzi jets stop working, we reported and Rafa came over a couple days later and carried out a temporary repair for the remainder of our stay and informed us at the that he normally replaces about two of these buttons per season.The Villa itself was clean and tidy and everything that you want was there the pool being really good to just play around but not good if you wanted to swim lengths.Upon our arrival home i received an email from the owner informing us that we had broken the button and had to pay and additional 110 euros to get it repaired and the accident insurance i purchased from VRBO didn't cover it.

Fabulous place

This was listed as handicapped accessible and it truly was as my hubby is in a wheelchair. It was everything listed, I can’t say enough, very clean, plenty of room, kids loved theater room and pool table. We lived on the back patio with view to the pool,you are so close to so many restaurants and towns to visit. The owner was always quick to respond and the staff that comes is very professional and helpful. Definitely would recommend this beautiful villa. I hope to go back one day.

Wonderful Villa

This was our first time in Spain and we were so happy with the accommodations. We spent a lot of time in the pool (it was very hot during our stay) and also rented a car and had amazing meals every night. Supermarkets are close by and the house has so many things to do, it was hard to leave. It’s a beautiful area and was very private. Rafa was excellent answering all our questions. We enjoyed our stay and have already talked about a return trip and we just left today! I highly recommend.

Great house in nice quiet location

Fantastic property whose pictures don’t do it justice The house has every facility you could want, including a full size indoor squash court ! Within a few minutes of walk of a good local supermarket and a few local restaurants. The main town of Cala de Mijas is around a 15 minute walk either along the beach front or inland, parallel to the main road. Neighbouring properties are similar large villas and during our stay the whole area was extremely quiet Pool is a good size and great for kids with a gently sloping bottom (however less good if you want to do serious swimming)

Great villa in a great location, 5 mins walk away from the beach, shops and restaurants. Photo's don't actually do it justice. Biggest issue I had was getting my children to leave the villa as it had so much for them to do.

Such a fabulous villa with amazing facilities to suit everyone, including a cinema room.

A perfect holiday retreat with fantastic facilities. It's a place you can hide away for a week, cook gorgeous meals, relax in the warm pool, watch films and play games or for a change walk 5 mins to the beach and bars (past the family of wild boar roaming freely at night). A stunning property with amazing facilities, we will be back. A special thanks to Raffa for being so helpful.

Best villa ever!

The villa is outstanding! In a beautiful quiet location, with a supermarket at the bottom of the road. The pool was amazing, however we weren’t there long enough to use the cinema room (which is amazing!) the pool room or the gym! We did have a few games of table tennis! The villa was really clean with a a walk through and everything explained clearly to us. We had a great time and i would return tomorrow if I could

Very nice villa with great amenities.

We had a very nice stay in this villa with our family. Booking process was easy and correspondance with both owner and the house manager was easy and reliable. Villa has great amenities, simple as that. Clean private pool, two jacuzzis, squash room, table tennis, sauna, small pool table, outdoor barbecue, small movie room, many TV's.. Basically everything you could think of.. Villa is very well designed and suitable for small kids also with large living areas, spacious kitchen, ensuite bathrooms in every sleeping room and very nice outdoors patio. There is efficient heating and cooling system for all living areas, so the villa is ok for cooler days as well as for hot summer. If something must be complained, it is only very little things.. Coffee cooker was in the end of its life cycle, and soon is also the dishwasher. Cooking knives were quite poor and perhaps the complete set of plates, coffee cups and such could be renewed soon. Also there was maybe a bit too much dust drifting around in some areas, so maybe the cleaning hasn't been always perfect. But these above mentioned things are very small flaws and I would recommend the Villa 100% and give it 5 stars with no hesitation.

La Cala 2019

This was our second stay at the Villa and we returned with our grown up children and grand daughter. Plenty of space for everyone and all essentials provided for a 9 month old. Short walk down to the beach and once there you can walk miles in both directions as a walkway has been designed right along the coastline with lots of restaurant / bars to visit. Easy booking process with all info provided and Raffa property manager in Spain available for any requirement or further information, special thanks to Marie the owner who is exceptionally helpful.

Just perfect :)

What a wonderful villa....great to arrive and find a place that was even better than the pictures and the description. The location was perfect for us - walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants and a short drive to many places, including the Water Park, Puerto Banus and Mijas Pueblo. If you go to one restaurant, go to El Oceano (15 min walk) - We will remember it for the rest of our lives. The villa was spacious for 8 of us, rooms clean and tidy, beds comfortable, pool a great size, aircon in every room. And downstairs....the hot tub, the table tennis, the squash court and the cinema room. The kids were in their element! And a final word for the owners - helpful, responsive, easy to deal with and trustworthy. If I were you, I would stop looking.

Very enjoyable stay

Had a lovely holiday this Easter at the villa. Our children particularly enjoyed all the fantastic facilities - the home cinema room being a real favourite. Great location near the beach and some very nice restaurants. Would highly recommend a stay here.
