Penthouse Apt, La Cala de Mijas Close to the Beach

This charming 3 bedroom, penthouse apartment is situated in the quiet and beautifully maintained complex of Los Azahares, La Cala de Mijas. The complex offers a grassed pool area with large pool and separate kids pool. The complex is located in an excellent location being just a block from the beach and close to many shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the main town of La Cala.



The apartment is situated on the 1st floor accessed by stairs and arranged over 2 floors. Enter the light and spacious living area comprising of a kitchen, cloakroom and large lounge/diner. The lounge is furnished with a sofa, TV and dining table and chairs. The lounge leads out to the south facing terrace with another dining table and chairs. This terrace offers wonderful views over the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped and leads out onto another terrace furnished with a dining table and chairs and steps up to the top terrace. The cloakroom is equipped with a shower unit in the bath.



Take the stairs up to the bedroom level and the 3 bedrooms. The large master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has built in wardrobes and a seating area. This bedroom gives access to the top, south facing terrace with corner sofa unit and sunbed and wonderful sea views. Both the guest bedrooms are furnished with single beds and enjoy built in wardrobes. All the bedrooms use the family shower room with large walk in shower. Aircon in bedrooms only.
