Shrouded in misery

We were incredibly disappointed with the experience associated with this stay. There were major facade renovation works taking place, which we had not been informed of, and hence the property was shrouded in plastic with scaffolding externally, dirty, dusty and the air conditioning had been turned off as a result. We were there during the very hot spell and were unable to open up the flat for air or light as the builders were outside. As such, the experience was miserable. The agent gave no assistance or apology and we were left to organise replacement accommodation for ourselves, which we felt was unacceptable in the circumstances

A place for young people to stay

This place is around a 10 minute walk from the metro which was ok for us as it was easy to get to and from each day. One of the biggest disappointments is that we weren’t told about works occurring on the building that would literally be happening outside the window, meaning we couldn’t use the balcony or open the windows. The AC also wouldn’t turn on and above the AC there was a huge amount of mould that was visible. The draining of the shower was awful, we’d have to wait for the water level to go down before turning the shower back on. The appliances that were there for us were extremely useful and we used them a few times during our visit. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was a duvet on the rail incase you got a bit cold, we stayed whilst it was 20-24 degrees so this wasn’t needed but nice that it was a reach away. The lock system was weird, it was all electronic to open the door my phone hasn’t got the best battery so had to stress about trying to not use it too much, but being on holiday I would’ve liked to use my phone more for pictures.

Nos gusto mucho el apartamento. Muy bien ubicado con respecto al metro y el bus. Buenos restaurantes y cafeterías cerca. Amamos Milán. En el apartamento no hay un espejo en el cuarto, solo uno muy pequeño en el baño. Hay lavadora de ropa, pero seria bueno, dejar por lo menos una porción de detergente para poderla usar. En un viaje de 4 días seria absurdo comprar un paquete de detergente.

Ótimo custo beneficio

Tivemos uma ótima estadia no Flat, o quarto fica em um prédio residencial e não possui recepção, a liberação ao quarto é realizado através de contato remoto com os administradores. Bem localizado próximo a restaurantes e supermercados. O metro fica a 15 minutos de caminhada do prédio. O quarto é espaçoso e estava tudo muito limpo e organizado.
