If I could give negative stars I would. They were not able to honor the booking even when I made it WEEKS in advance as I was getting married. They said they moved me to another hotel but when Travelocity called to confirm because they marked me as checked in when my plane hadn’t even landed they said there was no booking for me, Travelocity was not sure why they were lying, when I reached out to corporate they said they just couldnt understand the caller, and in the end my now husband and I were forced to sleep in the airport because everything was sold out and now they won’t give me a refund for a stay I didn't even complete. Blatantly shady company with 0 accountability.

The hotel is old and was not renewed for quite some time. Most of the power supplies didn’t work, the shower head could not be fixed to the wall and kept falling down.
