There’s nobody at the reception to help with luggage. There’s nobody in the early morning to help if something goes wrong The rooms on the 3rd floor have slanted ceilings and I hit my head - I’m only 5ft It’s bare basics but clean

The check in was fine. I stayed here a week ago & my room was perfect. This room is on another floor with a different layout. The shower door will not stay closed so water runs on the bathroom floor. Also the towel rack leaks ( it is heated) so that creates excess water on the floor. The thermostat will not stay down when you adjust it.

We enhoyed our stay at this hotel. it was clean and comfortable and the shuttle service was great. The breakfast was very good--a nice selection of hot and cold foods and lots of healthy options. Room was nice and clean. It was recently renovated. The staff was great, paying attention to details. We ate at the restaurant associated with the hotel and it was convenient and reasonable. The hotel is in the flight path and you do hear them taking off. But honestly, it wasn’t a problem.
