Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The airconditioner did not work. They claimed that it was disconnected the day before we arrived due to work on the building. I think this was clearly a lie as the work on the building had been going on for some time. It was a heatwave while we were there 35+ degrees, and it was unbearably warm in the apartment. Especially as we were there with our to small children. I asked for a significant refund, but did not receive a reply from them. Terrible
