Our stay was perfect! They had everything we needed from washer to small kitchen area equipped with microwave, fridge, stove, sink, etc. very close to the duomo and easy walking routes to main attractions. Would definitely stay here again the front desk staff were amazing!

I would not stay there again

Room was very very tired. I specifically asked for a cot rather than pull out before I arrived, as I said every pullout was uncomfortable. They told me before I arrived they couldn’t do it. The pullout was VERY uncomfortable, also meant we didn’t have a lounge. We were there for 9 days, not even a change of towels or bed linen. We washed it ourselves. Aircon could not be controlled - it was freezing. Super super noisy location, with tram stop right outside and church with bells directly opposite. You needed soundproof windows to sleep. It was a one bed apartment and the so called kitchen was about a meter wide - couldn’t use it for anything. Replacement toilet rolls in cupboard near reception. Only problem is we were out most days, leave before reception opened and back after they left. Most nights no toilet rolls in the cupboard. I suggest if you don’t have the money for anywhere better, delay your holiday, save a bit longer and stay somewhere better. I will never stay in any Sonder property again. Give me a hotel anytime!

This is a B&B which I wasn’t aware of. This means no house keeping the next day. I don’t recommend staying more than one night. There was a separate bedroom but unfortunately the bedroom door won’t close.There is no door latch which is strange Light goes through the bedroom and no privacy. The location is good.

This was the fourth rental on our 2-week long Italian tour, and by far our best decision. The room was perfect for me and my three children - it was just spacious enough, and had everything we needed. We stayed in whole home rentals with less kitchen amenities than we had here (the kitchen was nearly hidden, yet had absolutely everything I needed to cook dinner and breakfast; full-size toiletry items were appreciated; the towels were great; the bedding was perfectly fresh, clean, and crisp; there were even washing detergent pods for the clothes washer, which were most welcome; the gym downstairs had everything we needed plus a sauna). Rooftop terrace was great for watching the sun set over the city and the Duomo. There was a small but completely stocked grocery store 2 doors down - everything we needed for our two night stay, and even more. The location was great - across the street from an ancient basilica, and a 10 minute walk to the Duomo and heart of the action of the city. Lots of great small restaurants within a block or two walk. Bus stop across the street, and there were two metro stations within 2 blocks. Safe and clean area too. Really a great property, and this frequent traveler can't recommend it enough.

My room had significant plumbing issues: both the sink and bidet were improperly drained, with the sink being notably clogged. Furthermore, I encountered a persistent billing error for an early check-in fee. Despite having paid this fee online prior to my arrival, I was charged for it a second time upon checkout. After three attempts to resolve this with customer service, the issue remains outstanding. This level of service is unacceptable for a Marriott-branded property

5 stars for the staff working there. Very friendly and helpful when needed. The location is very close to the metro and trams . The reason for 3 stars is because I stayed for 3 nights and was woken up at 7:30am for 2 nights because our room was right next to a construction site. The sounds of machine and peoples working made it impossible to sleep and resting after a tiring day of going out. Also , the room had unpleasant smelled like sewers.
