MAIN FLOOR- Front door walks into the living/ dining room with a sliding glass door to the right that accesses the same porch (wraps half way around) (grill and large 10 person outdoor table)‹ there is a 1/2 bathroom off the kitchen area, then you walk into the master bedroom (king bed) with the en suite bathroom and laundry room, has sliding glass door leading to the back porch with hot tub and stairs off to the fire-pit. ‹‹

*Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog

- Absolutely no parties, grounds for termination. We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors

-Parking in driveway for 3 cars max. Street parking allowed: NO

- Stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!



NOTE: Outdoor pools in North Carolina typically close for the season in October. Availability may vary depending on weather conditions and property-specific maintenance schedules. Please inquire ahead of your stay if pool access is essential.

The perfect home base for exploring Asheville, enjoy apple picking and hiking the local trails! Loved that we could bring our dogs with us too! A Gem of a Home in the Blue Ridge Mountains

We had an AMAZING stay! My family of four, my parents, and our pups enjoyed a week at this beautiful home and did not want to leave. The yard is large and fenced in which gave our dogs ample space to play together and chase white squirrels up trees. My 12 & 14 year olds loved the large driveway for tossing frisbees and playing corn hole (such a cool set!) and especially enjoyed nights in the hot tub on the back porch under the stars. We all enjoyed sitting on the large, covered, wrap-around porch that has ample seating (including a large dining table and chairs) and a beautiful view of the sunrise. The beds in this home are the most comfortable we have ever had in a VRBO or hotel! This allowed us to get ample rest before taking on the day and exploring the area. The location of this home could not be more convenient. It is a 25-30 minute drive into the heart of Asheville, and an equally easy drive to Brevard, Flat Rock, Hendersonville and local hiking trails. There is a very nice Ingles grocery store just around the corner that has a Starbucks, but this home is well appointed with a coffee maker and a nespresso machine! The kitchen is large and has everything we needed to cook a full Easter dinner. We also had my brother, his wife, and son over for a cookout one day and used the super nice grill on the porch. The decor of the home is wonderful; no detail was left undone. We love the art, the furniture, and even the fan and light fixtures!

Great home for a long weekend of road cycling

This was second time renting this property for a long weekend of cycling around Hendersonville. And we’ll keep coming back because of how comfortable we were in this rental! Roomy, well-equipped kitchen, dining, and gathering areas. Beautiful setting. Only problem was the family of white squirrels we fell in love with seemed to be MIA this year!

This is a wonderful house with every extra that you can think of from expressing maker to the baby bouncer. The hot tub was a nice luxury! Great home away from home to be at while our house was getting repaired from storm damage.

Perfect for family

The home was very clean and and spacious for my family. It was great that there were baby gates since we had toddlers, and there was a highchair which helped since we had two babies in high chairs. My partner and I had an amazing stay here! The house is just as it looks in pictures and it’s an amazing fenced in yard which is great if you have dogs with you. The house is easy to get to and very conveniently located. We will definitely be coming back here again!

I would stay here again

Our group was in the area between Ashville, Hendersonville, and Brevard. This location was perfect. A nice place to return and relax with plenty of space to socialize. The outdoor porch area was nothing but over the top of 5-star. Owner was in touch with just what we needed through the duration. Everyone pointed out how clean it was when we first walked in... We ended up taking off our shoes before entering.
