When the sink was clogged, we changed the room, but they chose not to give back the $50 deposit.... And one of the worker in front desk is not so kind to us, it gave me the feeling that she didn't want to help me.

I didnt get the room i was supposed to have it was supposed to be two queen beds and a sofa bed there was no sofa bed. My experience started off bad at check in when he told me it was a $200 deposit and then tried to come at me like i couldnt afford it after their system took it out of two of my cards. There is no longer a free breakfast, you have to pay $10/day for parking which use to be free, you need wristbands for the pool, we couldnt get any wifi on our devices or the tv, it was $5 for a soda in the vending machine, the hot tub bubbles didnt work and the pool was freezing. Im never staying at this hotel again. If i could give no stars i would

You charged me a $50 deposit and for parking after I paid ahead. You aren’t transparent about the cost of the room and it’s because you are from the city. People don’t act like this where I’m from. You pay for what you agreed to. You charge way more than what was agreed to because you can. I will never use Wyndham again ever. Absolutely disposable.

I dont recommend for familys. The pool was dirty, when we booked a few months ago, it was free parking and complimentary breakfast. When we got there, we had to pay for parking! Also there was no complimentary breakfast! They have a Starbucks in there, food was pricey. The lady who helped up when we got there. She was rude! We will not being going back there!
