Awful, blood and pee on toilets , water leaking form ceiling , the front office managers are due and treat even employees poor, they charge you per day for breakfast which is a paper bag with a breakfast bar in it. We never ate it but charged us, when I asked about it he said we weren’t charged, when I showed him he said it’s online banking and contact them , they didn’t have towels to take a shower, the arcade games were all broken , the pool is nasty and my kid didn’t even want to swim in it , seriously stay away

Staff was rude since day one , blood/pee on the toilet water leaking from roof, pool was nasty, “arcade” games broken, they ran out of towels so we couldn’t take a shower, the managers are even rude to the other employees. We were charged for “breakfast” on our card for all three days , we didn’t eat anything there as it was a bag with a breakfast bar in it. When we asked about it they said we didn’t charge anything like that to your card, we showed the charges and he said that’s just only banking contact them …. Seriously stay away from this place it’s seriously the worst hotel I’ve ever seen

We were downgraded a room and then told they would call hotels.com to get us 50% discount and then when I checked out they told us that was not something they did. We paid for a king suite - what we got was a standard 2 queen bed. This is beyond annoying … we even paid for the insurance through hotels.com. Never going to do this again. They didn’t even clean our room daily and had no continental breakfast.

This hotel advertised free hot breakfast and free parking and there was no hot breakfast it was in a sack and parking isn’t free. The refrigerator in our room Didn’t work. It was hot in our room. The was was too much chlorine in the pool and hot tub and there was a lot of dirt in the pool. The hallways smelled like pee. The closest iced machine was out or order. Very disappointing

Pool was nice, would have been nice to know the hot tub is not for kids. Breakfast was a few granola bars an orange and apple sauce in a bag kind of surprised us given the feel of the hotel. Of the two beds we had, one had wrappers and cherry stems in it that we did not place and the others sheet had what seemed to be an “adult made” stain in it. Front desk staff was extremely pleasant. Another thing, we were in the large parking lot on the far side of the hotel in our car and a group of men were milling around as we got closer they put on masks quickly. We turned around and exited immediately out the other-side could have been nothing could have not. However the Brazilian steak house connected to the hotel was top notch and highly recommend it.

It was great. Parking was $10 overnight. It was not posted on their site but it was reasonable. They were having some troublw qith breakfast so they gave us bags with granola bars, fruit and yogurt. I like having breakfast at a hotel and eat wggs and drink coffee which it wasn't possible this time. We went to an Ihop close to the hotel.

Thermostat was broken

The thermostats didn't work and we called multiple times on the issue with no follow-up by staff. We had to wait a day before someone assist and changed our room. Pool was great 👍
