"We booked the hotel based on Hotels.com's listing. One thing it said was the hotel has A/C. When we arrived, the room was warm, so I turned the thermostat down. It didn't have a separate unit in the room for heating & cooling, but a duct. Instead of getting cooler, it got warmer. I called the front desk several times, but no one would answer, so I went there, where I was told they don't have AC, it is a chiller system & has trouble keeping up when it's hot, which it was (about 31°C), so they said they would send a fan right away. We waited over 30 minutes before calling again, & they said they had no fans left. But they had not bothered to call to tell us. It was almost midnight, was too warm to sleep well & we had to be up at 4:30AM. I called Hotels.com. They called the hotel & got the same answer as me. I said it was their mistake, because the hotel site doesn't say it has A/C & asked what were they going to do to correct it. They said there was nothing they could do. I said they should get us a room at another hotel, or refund our money. They said they wouldn't switch us to another hotel & couldn't refund it, because the hotel had taken payment, & the best they could do was a $25 refund. I was very upset by this point (almost 1hr on the phone) & asked to speak to a supervisor. They were to call me @ 9AM, but there has been no call 3 days later. Another issue is the hotel site says you can book an airport shuttle, but we were told no, we had to come down 15min ahead & ask."

"The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel halls very quiet at night so got a good sleep. My only complaint is the parking stall, the hotel was very full so parking in small stalls was difficult especially when 3cars were parked but other than that my stay was good"
