Majestic Sun 1006B vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, FL at Seascape Resort is located directly across from the beach on the tenth floor and sleeps a total of 6. This condo offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of Summer from your private balcony or take a stroll on the beach. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is onsite, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything.

Upon entering this updated 1 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental condo in Destin, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf. The living area also offers additional sleeping arrangements with a queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you would need for a home cooked meal. Enjoy your meals at the dining table and breakfast bar with beautiful views the Emerald Coast has to offer. The dining area seats 4 while the breakfast bar seats an additional 2. The master king suite and private bathroom. This unit also provides a twin over twin bunk nook area, perfect for small children, and a full bathroom off the common areas. A washer and dryer can be found in the unit at your convenience. This condo can be reserved alone or with the adjoining condo, 1007B. This vacation rental sleeps a total of 6.

At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!

We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) and the off season must be rented for a 3 night minimum.

*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies including a units private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**

That said, we had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed the stunning view and brief walk across Scenic 98 to the beach!

We had never been to Destin and decided to go. After research at VRBO I decided on condo 1006B at Majestic Sun in Miramar Beach Florida. Destin Palms made the rental process very easy. Their app. was also a added convenience. Two thousand dollars for six days was a stretch for me but I was determined to get a nice place with a good view of the ocean. We were very pleased with the security, building structure and view. Everyone was nice to us. Where it fell short was the room contents. The sofa squeeked and sat low as if the springs were gone. The t.v. would sometimes not come on and other times not want to turn off. The carpet was in need of replacing. The dryer took three cycles to dry a load of clothes, and worst of all the bed mattress was thin and very uncomfortable. The only new furniture was the coffee and end tables and bedroom set. The mattress was not new. The location was excellent and I love the area. The building was well kept and clean. We made the best of it and enjoyed our stay anyway, but it could have definitely been better, for the price we paid. I would go back to Majestic Sun but never apartment 1006B.

I don't know what others consider to be great place to stay, but I thought it was wonderful!! It was very clean and had everything we needed. I loved that beach chairs, umbrella, float, and rolling cooler were provided! The resort gym was really nice also. I was concerned about it being across the street from the beach, but it was such a short walk across the street. The App made the checkin/out process a BREEZE! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again and book with Destin Palms!

We are huge fans of the Mirimar Beach area so we loved our location. The condo was nice but a little dated. We did notice however that it was not cleaned thoroughly when we arrived as there was loose hair on the bathroom(s) floors. The view from our balcony was truly amazing! We would definitely come back and recommend to our friends and family!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, the entrance door and frame to our room was previously busted up and cracked and really couldn't just close the door... It had to be totally locked. Another disappointment was that the screen sliding glass door going out to our deck was torn almost completely off the frame. It needed to be re screened totally. The choice of leaving the glass door open was useless... Glass door had to always be closed. Wasn't at all what was expected at that fee. Probably wouldn't stay there again.
