I was given the key to a room that was already occupied! Fortunately, the occupant was not in the room when I opened the door - that could have been a violent encounter.
This was only a quick one night stay while traveling. The place is fine for that. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The office did have coffee and donuts for the morning.
The bathroom was covered in hair, there was a loofa in shower. The bathroom sink was clogged and the faucet was not secured down and was spinning. So gross
The property and rooms were dated, and messy. The rooms were being worked on but the couple that was check
ing in at the same time was told that there was a refrigerator but there wasnt. They had to go somewhere else because they had meds that needed to be refrigerated. the floor was dirty and the shower was missing a drain cover. On the plus side the room was quiet.
The room I booked wasnât available so I was offered a different one. Parking is very limited so we parked down the road. The room was very dirty. The bathroom was not cleaned. The floor was very dirty. No fridge in the room
The property is an older property and was very recently renovated. Everything was clean, comfy and nicely styled. The first room had a non-working air conditioner and I was quickly and cheerfully shifted to another room. The air conditioners are a little undersized for the rooms but it wasn't too bad. Convenient to the freeway and in an older, quiet neighborhood. 9 PM seemed a bit late to be cleaning rooms but the couple cleaning them was quick and efficient and did a good job. It is very possible they had some personnel problems and were making the best of it. I'd stay there again!
Hoping this would be a great stay but we're shocked that the reservation was nearly impossible to find, room had exposed wiring, no art, no toilet paper, limited towels and felt barely assembled
We enjoyed our stay. It was short. It is very quaint. One thing that could be improved is the window covering. No one could see inside the room, but it did not keep the light from the parking lot out. It was disturbing to have so much light.
I booked through Expedia and was charged both by Expedia and the hotel. Still waiting to hear back on my refund. The hotel was in a transition period between owners and might be partially the cause of the issues, but found the hotel to be very basic in ammenities, our TV did not work, and the floor was very dirty. The location was nice and the staff was friendly however.
Filthy, dirty sheets, only one towel, no wash cloths, shower full of mold, sink and bath wouldnât drain, smelled terrible. There was not one place to hang anything, no closet, no coat hooks, nothing. It was very strange.
Stay was cancelled by hotels / Expedia. Allegedly the hotel was not available. Was shown as available on booking, but efforts to reach reception for confirmation of situation failed as phone calls were forwarded to voice mail which in turn was rejected âbecause fullâ. Eventually accepted hotels / Expedia offer into a rather distant alternate accommodation. Expedia promised to carry excess travel expenses (too early to tell the outcome)
Apparently they had a management situation two days before we got there. All reservations were lost. Front desk did their best given the situation. Rooms were dirty. I had to wipe everything down w/ sanitizer wipes. Floors had garbage, dog hair, & were filthy.
Pretty basic stay. The room was clean but on the small side. There was no air conditioning which would have been nice. The location was close to the downtown park and places to eat. Overall you could tell it was an old place that they made attempts to update and many looked like DIY projects that definitely were not done by a professional. It was cute but nothing fancy.
