Staff or housekeeping wouldn’t return garments left in room closet. When I called the next day regarding them I was told they would do their best to find them and would call me back. I did not get a call back. I spoke with three separate staff members who said a version of this and never called me back. I called corporate and they gave me a claim number and also no follow up, unfortunately these were expensive items. My wife and I travel a lot and we have never had an issue like this. Their reaction to the situation leaves me to believe this is a regular issue. We won’t be staying there again.

Wonderful amenities, I loved the shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Really great quality. The continental breakfast buffet was one of the best I have experienced in the U.S. I had my little 16 year old dog and the staff was so sweet and caring. I think it’s wonderful that they give you a special blanket for your pup, treats and even information on local restaurants and places that are all pet friendly. Will stay here again and again whether I’m traveling with my dog or not it’s in a great location ( walking distance to the Griz Stadium) and beautiful views of the river. You get so much bang for your buck.
