Perfect for family and friends to gather and relax in a quiet, beautiful, light-filled, and cozy space. The main floor has a generous great room with a huge rock fireplace. Hang out and play over 30 board games or watch TV on the 55-inch screen.
There is plenty of seating for meals at both the kitchen table, kitchen bar, and dining room table. The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas stove, convection oven, microwave oven, and instant hot water. On the deck is a clean BBQ for all your grilling needs. Also on the main floor is a mudroom with a full-sized washer/dryer, 2 half bathrooms, and the Master Suite. Quiet and private the Master Suite features a King size bed and cozy sitting area. The quiet and private Master Suite bathroom has double sinks, a large tub, and a spectacular steam shower to relax your achy muscles after an epic adventure-filled day! Stairs from the Master lead to a sparkling clean hot tub. Relax at day's end and enjoy the night sky with almost no light pollution. GORGEOUS!
Upstairs there are 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Everyone has plenty of room for quiet time when they need it. The backyard is large and flat if you want to play soccer, bocce ball, frisbee, corn hole or whatever you enjoy. The big driveway can accommodate up to 6 cars if needed but you may want to park on the street when you use the basketball hoop for a game of HORSE. You can also set up the PICKELBALL Court. We have 2 blue cruiser bikes for your enjoyment. From the house, you can walk or bike down to the creek and onward to Starbucks for a latte if you so desire (1.8 miles). The home is very close to both the Clark Fork and Bitterroot Rivers. The Blackfoot River and Rock Creek are also a close drive away. There are activities galore in and around Missoula: fishing, walking, paddle boarding, swimming, hiking, running, biking, skiing (down and cross country), golfing, and white water rafting: the opportunities are endless. Missoula is a vibrant college town!!! It has something for everyone: delicious restaurants, funky coffee shops, hidden gem thrift stores, low to high-end retail shops, breweries, University of Montana Sports, Missoula Paddleheads baseball, Children's Museum, Splash Waterpark, live music, bookstores, theater, parks, carousel, ETC. Flathead Lake, the largest natural freshwater lake west of the Mississippi, is only an hour away(53 miles). Glacier National Park is 118 miles.
