The receptionist was undoubted sick. But she was professional and courteous. We had an issue with a loud neighbor. She promptly gave us another room and asked the guest to turn down their music (this was after 10:00pm). The tv remote in our new room did not work. But we were tired so it did really impact us much. The next morning, the elevator did not operate. Sucks carrying luggage down several floors.

Good for price but not again

Room needed some serious tlc. Door was hard to open and ceiling in bathroom appeared to have water damage. In the end it was great for the price

Amazing..!!

It was the most comfortable stay I ever had away from home. A snow storm was coming and I called comfort suites to see how early we can check in. The staff were so pleasant and very accommodating by letting us checked in as soon as we got off from work, which was at 8:45 that morning. They are the best.
