Had to reset float arm in room 313 twice to get toilet bowl to fill. In recent visits I have complained about slick bath tub bottoms. You are inviting a nasty fall situation sooner or later if nothing changes.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was quick and smooth. My room was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable — with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.Housekeeping did an excellent job , and I truly felt taken care of throughout my stay. The location was convenient and safe, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and great service. 30 min away from OWA Tropic Falls. Great rates!

This area is very convenient and close to a lot of shopping/dining. The staff is wonderful. My main problem with it was the condition of the rooms. There was mold all over the walls and the room fixtures were falling apart. Everything feels damp is the room and smells like mildew.
