Great staff, great location (walkable to all of the city center and to the train station to arrive/leave Modena). Breakfast was good (LOVE all the fresh fruit) and the room was comfortable. The only negative is that the walls are very thin, so I could here all the sounds of my neighboring guests. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. *Also, like most of Europe, the shower is very small so larger people might not enjoy staying here for that reason. I did not have any trouble as a 5'5" woman, though.
