In summer, Sicilians and foreigners alike come to Marina di Modica to enjoy the beach life. Then the golden beach is full of life and the squares, restaurants and cafés are bustling, often with live music in a small open-air theater. Visit Modica, Scicli, Ispica and Ragusa or take a slightly longer drive to Marzameni. The lively town of Pozzallo is just a few kilometers away, from where you can take a catamaran to the island of Malta for day trips.
