Stayed here many times, the rooms are in need of a little sprucing up, but are more like mini apartments, most with mini kitchens and outside lounge area. Just a short walk from the Europa Centre, and a 40 minute transfer from the airport. All in all reasonably good for the price.

My fourth visit here. It's relatively good value, and just a couple of minutes from the Europa Centre. However, the rooms do need a bit of attention, and they do not honour any Expedia upgrades or VIP 'freebies'.

Initially, the hotel seemed like a pleasant choice for a family holiday. However, our experience took a turn for the worse on our last night. After returning from dinner, we discovered our room was infested with cockroaches. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk and requested someone come to clean and spray the room for any further insect activity. Despite my efforts, no one showed up. I went back a second time to reiterate the need for urgent action, but we were left sitting outside until 1 AM with no resolution. Ultimately, we had no choice but to sleep in a room overrun with pests. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone due to the poor service we experienced.

The second time we have stayed at Riosol and the room this time was not as good as the first time there was a strong smell of fresh paint in the room along with stains on the bed frame also they do not provide tea or coffee but there is a kettle and coffee machine in the room

Best Hotel in puerto rico gran canaria

Love this hotel can't fault it one bit the staff are amazing and always happy to help the drinks are very good and the food was lovely plenty of choice will be returning as soon as possible

Gorgeous room, spectacular views. Personally struggled with vertigo on the stairs. Strong smell from the drains. Exceptionally good value for money.

Ideal location

We’ve stayed here a number of times over the past 20 years hotel is looking a little tired although very clean and location is ideal for us . Needs an upgrade which I believe now servatur have purchased it will happen .
