Zen Holiday Home with Sea View, Shared Pool and Wi-Fi

With stunning views of the Atlantic, the recently renovated "Zen House" is located in Puerto Rico. The 50 m² property features a private terrace, a living room with a sofa bed for one, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to three guests. The apartment is equipped with an alarm system (codes provided at check-in). Amenities include air conditioning with heat pump, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls; for intensive use, a mobile data plan is recommended as backup), smart TV with satellite channels and streaming services, and a washing machine.



For stays longer than 10 days, extra bed linen and towels are available for self-service change; upon request and subject to availability, additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee. Cleaning supplies are provided. Within the residence, you’ll find a fenced pool with outdoor shower. Pool hours follow community rules.



The house is about 500 m from the beach and 300 m from public transport stops, all within walking distance. Puerto Rico center is 500 m away, and the supermarket is 300 m away. Free street parking is available. Reserved parking is available on request for an extra fee. No pets, smoking, or parties allowed. Quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.



Please note: the apartment is on the third level, and the elevator goes up to the first level. The interior is on one floor. Security cameras and recording devices are present only in common areas. Recycling guidelines are provided, with further information on site.
