One of our televisions wasn’t working. Front desk said we have to wait until tomorrow when it’s check out time. Bit disappointing when the reason for choosing this type of room to begin with

The property was great. The beds were super comfortable. But the breakfast could use a bit of TLC; eggs were dry and the potatoes we too dry and hard.

Had to ask someone to vacuum the room after we checked it, the carpet was dirty. Also asked for extra pillows and they didn't have any. What kind of hotel doesn't have extra pillows? We were told renovations were being done, the room was clearly painted since the last time we were there, but it was done poorly, there are holes in the wall from where pictures used to hang, and those holes were just painted over. So they're very noticeable.

It was a bit outdated in some ways (walls, carpets, doors). But staff was polite, rooms seemed clean and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay again or recommend to a friend.

Room poorly cleaned. Had to wait over 2 hours from reservation check-in time before room was stated to be "ready". It was late when we got there so ww didnt see how filthy it was until we opened the curtains in the morning. Curtains also didnt close properly and neither did the dividing door. Hair in the bathtub. Front desk staff useless.

The restaurant was good but the hotel seemed kinda run down and a lot of dirt out in the hall way
