Advertising misinformation and hotel staff problem

I would never stay at holiday inn again I rented the best room that was supposed to have full kitchen and I could tell from the pics online that it had a glass top stove with a range hood but the stove was gone and a piece of stained wood was in its place so I couldn’t cook 300$ worth of friggen food I brought too cook for my girlfriends birthday I told the staff and they said they would do something for me but didn’t Then Saturday morning around 1130am I took my girlfriend out to lunch because I couldn’t cook in there and during that time the reception that day gave my room to another customer who went into my room with all my things and money in there and I find out because my hotel keys no longer work when we come back from lunch and I had to go back down to main floor talk to reception and she reprogrammed our key cards and explained what happened I asked for something too cook on again and was told I would get it but it never happened also our blinds where electric and they stopped working in our room which they fixed that but. Nothing else plus there were kids running around all day and night knocking on our doors and running away it’s was a disaster of a weekend and I’m disappointed about all of it so much so that I started booking my hotels my last 2 stays threw someone else

The hotel is well situated just off of the Trans Canada Highway. The rooms were clean and there is a nice complimentary breakfast in the morning. There is ample parking out front.
