Location:The area is amassing with lots to do.
No staff to be found. Only cleaned and left clean towels once for a 4 night stay. Parking was very limited and I was forced to pay $45 a night for public parking.

Big space, but not clean!
First of all the room was big, I stayed in a 1 bedroom + loft ( 2 washrooms)... Both washrooms smelled bad and the tiles were dirty. The room service is every two days so you have to clean the room yourself or pay extra. Also the bedroom upstairs was extremelly hot and no one vent for air conditioner; the only thing was and old ceiling fan that made a terrible noise. Last; because I book with travelocity, when I asked for the passes they were giving to the customers for the gondola, the manager told me that there were not for me, since with travelocity I get a cheap rate, so I was treated as a second class customer, she made very sure that I knew that I got a cheap rate from booking with travelocity. (Although I didn't get a cheap room)...If you are planning to cook; bring your pan, since the pans they have in the kitchen are only for boiling. If you want to use the coffee maker also bring coffee, since coffee is also extra!!! Well, if you like space I can tell you that in this place you will get it, but they don't really care about their guests, or at least travelocity guests...Last, the hotel reception has another name and is in another location, so it took us long to check in. Ask at the information desk of the mountain otherwise you will feel lost. The good thing is that the mountain and area is beautiful
