Delightful and friendly staff could not negate the lack of facilities. No a/c and Wi-Fi which did not work. Location was very good and amenity of town was great.

Couldn’t stay...

We are shocked just as you by this information as we were not informed by you at all of this and only discovered this information by reading your review, Which in itself is a surprise as of the hundreds of clients we have had none has ever experienced or mentioned something like this at our B&B. We have promptly checked bed and room and have not found any insects or something suspect... in anycase we have changed all the bedding and disinfected the room as per norm after a client signalling such an event .We would also gladly have changed your room on request if it was not the kind of room you desired. A call from you would have been appreciated in anycase (since we saw you at check-in and after that we did not see you again) apart from your review which we do appreciate for your sincerety. We will be happy to have you as our guest the next time you are in Montalcino if you so desire.

Posted Oct. 26, 2018 on HotelsOur stay at this Bed & Breakfast was truly enchanting. Our hosts made us feel completely at home in their house, the dinner we had in their home restaurant was the best we’ve had in Italy and they went out of their way to show us traditional Montalcinese ways.

Local Charm unique lovely find
Posted Sep. 14, 2018 on Hotelsan amazing experience. old old large family house now used as accomodation. very friendly and experienced couple run this. evening meal on terrace offered as an option gave good insight into wine and local customs
would definitely stay again no complaints everything 4+ stars and so close to town activity

Fin service centralt i Montalcino

Hotellet er indeholder en masse trapper og høje trin, og er i øvrigt uden aircondition på det værelse jeg havde.

vieille maison transformee en gite . du charme mais pas tres commode. parking public sur la place de l eglise , paye par l hotel.

Yes quite correct and old villa transformed in a small B&B. We do our best to accomodate all our clients in making you feel at home and taken care of. This obviously cannot change the physical structure of our building, yes we do hav a lot of stairs, but that is part of the charm of historical buildings like ours. We look forward to having you here with us again and maybe a chess game?
